## FAQs

**What is the difference between a list and a segment?**
A list is a static group of contacts. Contacts are added manually, via CSV, or via API. A segment is a dynamic group that updates automatically based on rules you define (contact properties, behavior, geography).
**Can I send campaigns without writing code?**
Yes. Use the dashboard to create campaigns with the Markdown block editor, configure recipients, and send or schedule. You can also use the AutoSend MCP server to let your AI agent create and send campaigns on your behalf. No API or code required for either approach.
