**Does AutoSend offer a free plan?**
No. AutoSend doesn't have a free plan. Instead, the Hobby plan begins at just $1/month. This small friction fee helps prevent abuse on shared IPs and ensures safer, more reliable email delivery for all customers.

**How does AutoSend pricing work?**
AutoSend follows a tiered pay-as-you-grow model. Each plan includes a monthly email quota. If you need more, you can
either upgrade your plan or purchase additional email credits in packs of 1,000.

**What is the billing cycle?**
Monthly billing cycle. Accounts are charged on the day you start your subscription for the selected plan, plus any additional email usage.

**What if I exceed my monthly sending limit?**
If you exceed your monthly quota, AutoSend charges a small fee for every 1,000 additional emails. You’ll also receive an email notification when you reach 90% of your quota, so you can decide whether to upgrade your plan or buy additional credits.

**Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan anytime?**
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately, while downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

**Do you offer refunds?**
Refunds are available only if there is no usage and requested within 7 days of subscription start. Hobby plans are not eligible for refunds.

**Is AutoSend a cost-effective alternative to SendGrid or Mailchimp?**
Yes. AutoSend is built as a lightweight, affordable alternative to SendGrid, Mailchimp, Mailjet, Resend, Loops and similar platforms.

**Do you offer enterprise or high-volume pricing?**
Yes. If you send over 1.5 million emails per month, AutoSend provides custom enterprise pricing with dedicated support, higher throughput, and scaling options.

**Does AutoSend offer Dedicated IPs?**
Yes. Dedicated IPs are available as an add-on for senders sending more than 200K emails per month.

**Are there any hidden fees?**
No. AutoSend pricing is transparent and predictable. You only pay for your plan and any additional emails you send.

**Can I use AutoSend MCP with any plan?**
Yes. AutoSend MCP is available to all users on the Hobby plan and above.
