No. AutoSend doesn't have a free plan. Instead, the Hobby plan begins at just $1/month. This small friction fee helps prevent abuse on shared IPs and ensures safer, more reliable email delivery for all customers.

**How does AutoSend pricing work?**
AutoSend follows a tiered pay-as-you-grow model. Each plan includes a monthly email quota. If you need more, you can either upgrade or pay overage fees per 1,000 emails.

**What is the billing cycle?**
Monthly billing cycle. Accounts are charged on the day you start your subscription for the selected plan, plus any additional email usage.

**What if I exceed my monthly sending limit?**
AutoSend charges a small fee per 1,000 additional emails. You'll receive an email notification when you reach 90% of your quota.

**Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan anytime?**
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately, while downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Refunds are available only if there is no usage and requested within 7 days of subscription start. Hobby plans are not eligible for refunds.
